User Type	User Type Description
Partner	PEPFAR Implementing Partners, also referred to as IPs, are responsible for entering data.
Agency	Agencies (e.g., CDC, USAID, State) provide funding and work closely with Partners. This account lets them review and approve MER data.
Inter-Agency	Inter-Agency users are typically on PEPFAR Coordinator’s Office (PCO) team. This account lets them review and approve or enter MER data.
Global	Global users are Inter-Agency people responsible for reviewing all submitted data from across the global PEPFAR program.
Global Partner	Global Partner users can examine all data submitted by a specific partner over all DATIM geography. This account cannot enter data.
Other	Use this designation if you cannot determine which account type is appropriate. Please provide as much information about your situation in the justification as you can.
