User Types

User Type	User Type Description
Partner	Implementers who are responsible for entering data.
Agency	Agencies (e.g., CDC, DOD, State) provide funding and work closely with Partners. This account lets them review and approve MER data.
Inter-Agency	GHSD or USG users within a country coordination team. This account lets them review and approve or enter MER data.
Global	Global users are GHSD users who can read and review submitted data in DATIM from across the global program.
Global Agency	Global Agency users are responsible for reviewing and approving data submitted by Partners related to Expenditure Reporting (ER) and HRH Inventories.
Global Partner	Global Partner users can examine all data submitted by a specific partner over all DATIM geography. This account cannot enter data.
AFGHS Metrics	This account allows Self-Service Import Application pilot users to enter AFGHS Metrics data.
Other	Use this designation if you cannot determine which account type is appropriate. Please provide as much information about your situation in the justification as you can.
